Elements of Fillm

So today in class, we took notes on elements of film, and we've just learned a new topic, which was editing. It was very interesting learning new things, and writing my own notes helps me maintain my work and helps me focus better.

Camera Movements

  Steadicam Yaidelis was reading a book she was interested in but unexpectedly ran into Gustavo, and started to create conversation about the book.  Pan In this shot we can see the beautiful view of the library. And as time passes by, the video shifts towards a wondering guy looking for a book he can use to study for the final exam. Gustavo was kinda nervous about studying but he built up the courage to go to the library and grab a book for the SAT.  Tilt In this shot the camera would start from the ground giving the shot a more of an eager feeling, as the man continues his pushups non stop.  Dolly Shot In this dolly shot we can see two main characters running from each other. The first one running from the man that stalked her.
